Demoricostruzione with volumetric and energy extension of a manor house with barchessa and winter garden. The building intervention aims at safeguarding and enhancing the surrounding environment as the building is inserted in a context of particular landscape beauty subject to environmental protection. The design choice of the new housing construction is aimed at minimising any visual impact on the landscape. The design concept therefore consists in the re-proposal of pre-existing stylistic-architectural elements and typological and material-chromatic features of traditional rural architecture. The landscaping is conceptually characterised by a vegetation of autochthonous essences left to chance so that the garden blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.
